Who operates Maris Blue

Maris Blue is operated by Maris Blue. Store developer identity and required legal contact details will match the developer account used to publish the app.

Information we collect or access

• Account and authentication information, such as email address, sign-in identifiers and authentication tokens.
• Approximate or precise location when you allow location access, so Maris Blue can show nearby conditions, maps and fishing context.
• Map selections, saved fishing spots, favorites, alarms, notification preferences and other app settings.
• Device, app, diagnostics, crash and performance information used to keep the service reliable.
• Subscription or purchase status provided by Apple App Store or Google Play, if premium features are used.
• Support messages and privacy or deletion requests you send to us.

How we use information

• To provide app features, including maps, forecasts, saved spots, alerts, account access and premium entitlements.
• To operate, secure, debug and improve Maris Blue.
• To respond to support, privacy and account deletion requests.
• To comply with legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention and platform requirements.

Third-party services

Maris Blue may use third-party services and SDKs to operate the app, including Firebase services, MapTiler, WeatherAPI, Apple payment systems and Google payment systems. These providers may process information according to their own policies when needed to deliver authentication, maps, weather data, diagnostics, hosting, notifications or purchase validation.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help operate Maris Blue, with Apple or Google for purchases and platform compliance, when required by law, or to protect users, Maris Blue and the public.

Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting or dispute-resolution reasons. Account data and saved content are deleted or de-identified after a verified deletion request, subject to those limited exceptions.

Your choices

• You can manage location and notification permissions in your device settings.
• You can request access, correction or deletion by contacting privacy@marisapp.net.
• You can request account and data deletion at marisapp.net/account-deletion.
• Subscriptions must be managed through Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Children

Maris Blue is not directed to children under the minimum age required by applicable law. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact privacy@marisapp.net.

Changes

We may update this policy as Maris Blue changes. We will update the date above and, when appropriate, provide additional notice.
