These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Maris Blue. By using Maris Blue, you agree to these terms.

Service description

Maris Blue provides fishing-related planning tools, map and weather context, saved locations, fishing references, knot guides, account features and optional premium features.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and use Maris Blue only for lawful purposes.

Age requirement

You must be old enough to use online services under the laws that apply to you. If you use Maris Blue on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse Maris Blue, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, abuse support channels or use Maris Blue to violate fishing, boating, privacy, safety or other applicable laws.

User content

If Maris Blue allows you to save or share content, you remain responsible for that content. You grant Maris Blue the rights needed to host, process and display it for app functionality.

Subscriptions and purchases

Premium features may be offered through Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscription periods, pricing, trials, renewals, cancellations, refunds and purchase restoration are handled by the store where you purchased. Deleting a Maris Blue account does not automatically cancel an active Apple or Google subscription.

Intellectual property

Maris Blue, including its software, design, brand, content and related materials, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse engineer Maris Blue except where allowed by law.

Availability

Maris Blue may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time. Weather, map, marine, location and regulation information can be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate.

Safety and regulations

Maris Blue is not an emergency, professional meteorology or marine navigation service. You are responsible for checking official sources, using proper safety judgment and complying with local fishing regulations.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk, misuse the service or if required by law or platform rules.

Disclaimers and liability limits

Maris Blue is provided as available and without guarantees of fishing success, safety, data accuracy or uninterrupted service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maris Blue is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
